Pack Leader Sybl Amy Saisselin coaches dogs and their humans to best outcomes using obedience training, behavior modification, and perception modification through patience, recognition, relationship, freedom, and fulfillment.

Sybl apprenticed at Canine Specialties and earned her Foundation Style Dog Training certification in 2014. She continued training dogs at CS until the business changed hands. She then served as Lead Dog Trainer for K9 Keep Fit, San Jose 2017 - 2021.

Sybl now runs a sole proprietorship so that she can focus on clients' individual needs without distraction and can dedicate work hours to study and self-improvement. From puppy basics to behavior modification, Sybl's teaching and handling skills have got you covered.

Sybl is a Certified Dog Trainer and California Certified Massage Therapist. Favorite hobbies include joining her wife and dog for bay kayaking, hiking shaded mountain trails, and movies at the drive-in. She also continually studies several subjects including dog training and neurodivergence in adults.

I adopted Buddy from San Francisco Animal Control in 1995 shortly after caregiving for and losing several friends to AIDS. Buddy's daily shenanigans kept me sane and striving for better days. He was always my +1 at parties but once arrived, we'd often mingle separately. Buddy and I rode MUNI from park to park and to the office downtown. He enjoyed multiple Gay Pride parades, Bay to Breakers races, art fairs, and street festivals. We drove from California to New York and back. My biggest regret is only living rural for one of our sixteen years together. Buddy inspired me to a better life and showed me the true value of living with a pet dog. He's the inspiration for my business because if more people can live as harmoniously as Buddy and I did, the world will be a better place for all of us.
